  • Dr. Malyala performed a root canal on one of my teeth. I was truly impressed by his patience and care. He went way beyond the care I have come to expect from other dentist offices. It was clear he was taking the time to make sure he was doing the job right, and he made it a priority to make sure that I would not be in pain. Now that the numbing medication has worn off, I am surprised that I can hardly feel much pain at all. I had expected to be in pain for a few days.   • Nobody looks forward to a root canal. However, the procedure I experienced at the skilled hands of Dr. Malyala, D.D.S., was better than I could have imagined. He explained the procedure and each step that would be taken. His numbing of the area around the tooth was easy and effective. Throughout the entire procedure, I had no sensation of pain or discomfort. Upon completion, Dr. Malyala outlined what discomfort I might expect in the hours after the procedure. He suggested an over-the-counter pain reliever if one was needed. In the following hours and days afterward, I had no discomfort whatsoever. In short, I highly recommend Dr. Malyala for this kind of dental procedure.
  • Dr. Malyala and his staff did an excellent job on a very difficult procedure. From the beginning, the 2+ hour-long procedure was met with professionalism and courtesy. With the awkward location and amount of tooth damage, Dr. Malyala was the only person in town that was able to address it, effectively saving the tooth, when others would not have been able to.

  • Outstanding Root Canal.. I had my root canal procedure today by Dr. Malyala. I was not really sure what to expect. Have always heard that they hurt. This was totally the opposite. I had to have both roots of one tooth done. He had to drill through my crown. I mean absolutely painless. At the end on the screen he showed me what had been done, amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Malyala.
  • After 7+ years without seeing a dentist, I broke a tooth during a fall. I needed a root canal before replacing the tooth, and my general dentist referred me to Dr. Malyala. Although I was terrified after not seeing a dentist in years, he and his assistants were calm and patient with my anxieties. The worst part was my me getting in my own head. The local anesthesia was slightly uncomfortable, but I didn't feel a thing from there. Worth the drive from Downtown Cincinnati, and would absolutely recommend for anyone who fears the dentist as much as I do.

  • My situation wasn't clear from xray so I was very apprehensive about moving forward, esp since next day was a holiday. Dr M spent lots of time w me discussing options and sharing his experiences with difficult cases. By the time we agreed to move forward I had complete confidence in him. Best if all it turned out that the situation was more clear cut than the xray suggested. I had NO POST PROCEDURE PAIN AT ALL!
  • Dr. Malyala did my Root Canal. He was very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable and did not feel any pain. He took the time to explain everything to me. He was unable to get my temporary bridge off so he had to go through it to do the root canal. It did take a little longer but he was so gentle and professional. He did not skip a beat. I would definitely recommend him. Fantastic Endodontist!
